She is excited to further complete the picture puzzle on the spines of the "BIGGIE" books by adding this one to her collection. As I have found with this series, the compilations contain stories also sold individually, so beware...this volume isn't all new works. Great stories to read to preschoolers and would also be fantastic with it's simple text for beginning readers. Funny and fun, sound purchase. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 4, 2021 )

My 8 year old was so happy he was practically in tears. They absolutely adore Mr Willem’s books. My son could hardly contain himself when he noticed that Piggy’s picture was not complete, implying that there would be one more volume eventually. They immediately sat down and the 8 yo read the entire volume aloud to his sister, voices and all. Thank you, Mr Willems, for such a wonderful experience. Than Mo Willem’s ‘Piggie and Gerald’ books are right for you! He has the best humor and my children and I laugh and laugh so more-no matter how many times we read these books. They truly are the best if you’re looking for sweet, honest, brilliant, hilarious books you can read again and again!
